Initiate a Return Request
Contact our technical support team via the official portal with your order number and the product serial number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Package Your Components
Securely pack the memory modules in their original anti-static packaging and protective box to prevent physical damage during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of your package and ship it to our designated inspection facility using a trackable shipping method.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial authenticity, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
